We do have a few private dining tables we can set up in the dining room or on one of our lanais, with a little advance notice.

I don't want my loved one to sit in a sterile warehouse. What is a typical day like for a resident?

Hale Ho Aloha residents rise in their private, semiprivate or ward rooms to shower and gather for breakfast, and then generally have some type of light group activity like a discussion of world events, or a session of stretching. Mid morning is generally reserved for appointments with doctors and visits from loved ones. After lunch, there is a bit of rest, and then some type of optional activity like religious services, therapy sessions or special screenings of video entertainment. After an early dinner, there is quiet time, and then to bed.
